Vice President Kamala Harris spoke yesterday evening with Prime Minister of Canada Justin Trudeau to congratulate the Prime Minister on his party’s victory in the federal elections earlier this week.  The Vice President conveyed our administration’s appreciation for the strong and enduring partnership between the U.S. and Canada.  The Prime Minister thanked the Vice President for the call, and the two leaders discussed their shared commitment to ending the pandemic and strengthening our economies.
